Exchange Policy

At all time, we do not entertain refunds under any circumstances.

However, we allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis (valid reasons only) and subjected to item availability.

Below are examples of reasons we deemed as INVALID or UNACCEPTABLE for exchanges:

  • I don't like the colours or the design.
  • The item and its colour doesn't suit me.
  • My mother doesn't like the items I purchased for her.
  • I am no longer interested in this item.
  • I've accidentally purchased a duplicate item.

All exchanges has to be done within 7 working days upon receipt of items bought from WWW.ROSEVALLEY.SG, please read details below carefully and contact us at support@rosevalley.co.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item & items will be returned to customer. 

Returned items must be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition with tag intact.

Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back. ROSEVALLEY will only bear postage costs incurred if we mailed the wrong item out.

To return and exchange your order, send us an email at support@rosevalley.co within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.

Please do indicate your name, phone number, address and order number.

Take note, we will not be responsible for any lost mail during this return process.
